We are seeking an experienced PPC Manager with a strong background in managing retail and eCommerce clients to join our growing performance marketing team. This fully remote (UK-based) role is ideal for someone who understands the retail buying journey, thrives in data-driven environments, and can scale paid search campaigns to drive measurable revenue growth.
You will take ownership of PPC strategy and execution across multiple retail accounts, ensuring campaigns are optimised for revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement PPC strategies for retail and eCommerce clients
- Manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
- Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- Optimise campaigns towards revenue, ROAS, CPA, and margin targets
- Manage and optimise Google Shopping and product feed performance
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Implement structured A/B testing frameworks (ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies)
- Oversee tracking and attribution (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking)
- Monitor budgets and forecast performance accurately
- Produce clear, insightful client-facing performance reports
- Identify opportunities for growth, scaling, and efficiency improvements
- Minimum 3 years’ PPC experience with retail/eCommerce clients
- Proven track record of driving revenue and ROAS growth in retail accounts
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Google Merchant Center & product feed optimisation
- GA4 and conversion tracking setup
- Experience managing monthly budgets of £25k+
- Strong commercial understanding of retail metrics (AOV, margin, stock levels, seasonality)
- Confident in data analysis and performance forecasting
- Client-facing or stakeholder management experience
- UK-based with full right to work in the UK
- Agency experience
