The Role
We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and grow the creator partnership side of our business. This is a newly created role with genuine responsibility from the outset. You'll build and manage a network of content creators across our client portfolio, helping them produce engaging content that delivers measurable commercial results. You'll be responsible for recruiting creators, onboarding them, developing their content and selling capabilities, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring they remain engaged across multiple campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years' experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or social media who is ready to take ownership of a key function within a growing agency.
