An independent digital agency is looking for a Paid Media Manager to join its growing performance team and lead the delivery of paid media campaigns for a portfolio of retail and ecommerce clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paid media specialist who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management. You'll work closely with clients to develop growth strategies, optimise performance and drive measurable commercial results.
As Paid Media Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of retail and ecommerce accounts, managing campaign strategy, execution and performance across key digital channels. You'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring campaigns deliver against commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across retail and ecommerce accounts.
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other relevant paid media platforms.
- Optimise performance against KPIs including ROAS, revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide clear recommendations to clients.
- Lead regular client meetings and performance reviews.
- Manage budgets, forecasting and campaign pacing.
- Work collaboratively with creative, analytics and client services teams.
- Support and mentor junior members of the team.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates and emerging opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and increase performance.
About You
Essential Experience
- 3+ years' experience in paid media, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta.
- Experience managing ecommerce and retail-focused campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and commercial objectives.
- Confident presenting results and recommendations to clients.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with Google Shopping and Performance Max.
- Knowledge of GA4 and attribution methodologies.
- Exposure to Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads or Pinterest Ads.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Understanding of customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value strategies.
