The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Data, AI, and Machine Learning hiring. This role exists because our clients need recruiters who genuinely understand technical roles – not just job titles, but the detail behind them. You’ll work with engineering-led businesses who value strong recruitment partnerships and expect recruiters to operate as consultants, not CV-senders. If you’re currently recruiting technical roles and feel under-recognised, over-managed, or boxed into volume-driven processes, this role is designed to feel different.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across Data, AI, ML, and Analytics roles
  • Partnering closely with technically competent hiring managers to scope roles accurately
  • Advising clients on market conditions, candidate availability, and hiring strategy
  • Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Developing and growing your own specialist Data & AI desk
  • Delivering high-quality hires rather than high-volume activity
  • Minimal admin. No KPI theatre. No “spray and pray” recruitment.
