Role Overview
We’re looking for a commercially focused and data-driven PPC Specialist to join our growing digital team. You’ll take ownership of paid search campaigns, driving performance and delivering measurable ROI across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on optimisation, enjoys working with data, and wants to play a key role in scaling paid media performance within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis
- Monitor and optimise campaigns against KPIs including CPC, CPA, CTR and ROAS
- Manage budgets effectively to maximise return on ad spend
- Write compelling ad copy and run A/B tests to improve performance
- Implement and manage conversion tracking, tagging and attribution
- Produce clear performance reports with actionable insights
- Work closely with wider marketing and creative teams to align strategy
- Identify growth opportunities and new channel testing initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
- 4+ years’ experience managing PPC campaigns (agency or in-house)
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Solid understanding of bidding strategies and performance optimisation
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and tracking implementation
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Confident communicator with the ability to present insights clearly
Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft Ads
- Paid social knowledge (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience managing large monthly budgets
- Google Ads certifications
- Experience with feed-based or eCommerce campaigns
