We’re looking for a Paid Media Director to lead strategy, client growth and team development across a portfolio of food, drink and lifestyle brands. This is a senior leadership role within a growing agency, ideal for someone with strong multi-channel paid media experience and a passion for building high-performing campaigns for consumer-focused brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead Paid Media strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social and digital performance channels
- Manage and grow key client relationships across food, drink and lifestyle sectors
- Oversee campaign performance, forecasting, reporting and media planning
- Lead, mentor and develop the paid media team
- Drive new business opportunities and support agency growth
- Collaborate with creative, strategy and client services teams
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong experience across PPC and Paid Social
- Proven agency experience at senior management/director level
- Experience working with food, drink or lifestyle brands preferred
