We’re looking for a Performance Team Lead to join a growing digital agency, leading strategy and delivery across PPC and Paid Social campaigns for D2C and eCommerce clients. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive performance, manage client relationships, and support the development of a high-performing media team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead PPC and Paid Social strategy across multiple D2C/eCommerce accounts
  • Manage and mentor performance executives and managers
  • Oversee campaign planning, optimisation and reporting across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other platforms
  • Drive client growth through performance-focused media strategies
  • Monitor budgets, forecasting and overall account performance
  • Work closely with creative, strategy and client services teams
  • Present insights, results and recommendations to clients

Requirements

  • Strong experience across PPC and Paid Social
  • Agency background preferred
  • Experience working with D2C and eCommerce brands
  • Previous team management or mentoring experience
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Confident client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
