We're partnering with a fast-growing digital agency working with a portfolio of exciting beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and wellness brands. As they continue to expand their social commerce offering, they're looking for a Paid Social Manager with experience across TikTok, Meta, and TikTok Shop to join their team.

The Role

As Paid Social Manager, you'll lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns for a range of beauty clients. You'll play a key role in driving performance through social commerce initiatives, particularly TikTok Shop, helping brands grow awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop paid social strategies aligned with client objectives and growth targets.
  • Manage TikTok Shop campaigns, including product promotion, creator partnerships, and conversion-focused activity.
  • Work closely with influencer, content, and creative teams to maximise campaign performance.
  • Analyse campaign results and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and reporting across multiple client accounts.
  • Present campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, beauty trends, and developments within social commerce.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in Paid Social or Performance Marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Proven experience working with beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience managing TikTok Shop campaigns and social commerce strategies.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and creator-led performance campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, and platform reporting tools.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.

Desirable

  • Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate programmes and creator collaborations.
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and full-funnel paid social strategies.
