We’re looking for a Paid Media Director to lead strategy, client growth and team development across a portfolio of food, drink and lifestyle brands. This is a senior leadership role within a growing agency, ideal for someone with strong multi-channel paid media experience and a passion for building high-performing campaigns for consumer-focused brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Paid Media strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social and digital performance channels
  • Manage and grow key client relationships across food, drink and lifestyle sectors
  • Oversee campaign performance, forecasting, reporting and media planning
  • Lead, mentor and develop the paid media team
  • Drive new business opportunities and support agency growth
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy and client services teams
