We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our growing team, working across exciting fashion and lifestyle brands to drive performance and digital growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong Paid Social experience, a good understanding of PPC, and a passion for fashion, eCommerce and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Paid Media campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads
  • Drive customer acquisition, ROAS and revenue growth for fashion and eCommerce clients
  • Oversee campaign planning, budget management and reporting
  • Analyse performance data and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to improve campaign performance
  • Present insights, reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates and fashion marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Strong experience across Paid Social platforms including Meta and TikTok
  • Good understanding of PPC / Google Ads
  • Previous experience within fashion, retail or eCommerce brands
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
  • Agency or in-house paid media experience
  • Passion for fashion and performance marketing
