Paid Media Manager to manage and grow paid campaigns for a portfolio of B2B lead generation clients.

  • Produce clear, commercially focused reporting and recommendations.
  • Lead client conversations around performance, strategy and next steps.
  • Work closely with creative, content and wider marketing teams to improve results.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years’ paid media experience, ideally within an agency.
  • Strong hands-on

Google Ads experience.

  • Experience running

Linked In Ads for B2B lead generation .

  • Good understanding of B2B sales funnels and longer buying cycles.
  • Strong analytical and optimisation skills.
  • Experience with GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.

  • Commercially minded — you understand the difference between generating more leads and generating better leads .
  • Confident communicating with clients and presenting campaign performance.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a growing team working with ambitious B2B brands, with real ownership over client strategy and performance.
