The Role

As Paid Media Manager, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. You’ll be trusted to deliver exceptional ROI for a diverse portfolio of clients, from ambitious startups to global brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning, launching, and optimising paid media campaigns across key platforms
  • Analysing performance data and reporting on KPIs
  • Managing client relationships and presenting campaign insights
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates
  • Collaborating with creative, content, and data teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in a paid media role, ideally within an agency
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and performance marketing best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Client-facing confidence and a proactive attitude
  • Based in or able to commute to London (hybrid working available)
