We're a performance-driven digital agency with an entrepreneurial mindset. Alongside partnering with ambitious brands to deliver exceptional digital marketing results, we also own and operate a portfolio of successful D2C ecommerce brands. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a commercially focused Head of Paid Media to lead our paid acquisition offering across both agency clients and our own ecommerce brands.

As Head of Paid Media, you'll take ownership of our paid media function, leading strategy, performance and innovation across PPC and Paid Social. You'll oversee campaigns across multiple sectors, manage significant media budgets and work closely with senior leadership to drive measurable business growth.

Paid Media Strategy
  • Own the paid media strategy across all client accounts and in-house ecommerce brands.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through testing, automation and emerging platforms.
PPC
  • Oversee bidding strategies, account structures, audience segmentation and product feed optimisation.
  • Continuously improve campaign efficiency through testing and performance analysis.
  • Work alongside creative teams to develop high-performing advertising assets.
  • Drive continuous creative testing to improve engagement and conversion performance.
  • Lead paid acquisition for our owned ecommerce brands.
  • Collaborate with ecommerce, CRM and creative teams to maximise online revenue and customer lifetime value.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal trading plans.
  • Act as the senior paid media lead across a portfolio of agency clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders through clear communication and commercially focused recommendations.
  • Present campaign performance, strategic plans and growth opportunities with confidence.
Analytics & Performance
  • Own performance reporting across Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and platform reporting tools.
  • Analyse attribution, conversion data and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Translate data into actionable insights that support business decisions.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the Paid Media team.
  • Improve internal processes, campaign workflows and quality standards.
  • Work closely with SEO, Creative, CRM and Client Services teams to deliver integrated digital strategies.

5+ years' experience managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns. Experience leading paid media strategy within an agency or ecommerce environment. A proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets and delivering commercial growth. Hands-on experience with D2C ecommerce brands. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day execution. Experience with Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads.
