Media Effectiveness Analyst in City of London

Paid Media Analyst (D2C Specialist Agency) Salary: Up to £40,000 Location: London (3 days in office, 2 days remote) We’re a fast-growing, specialist D2C agency partnering with ambitious ecommerce brands to scale performance through data-driven marketing. We’re looking for a Paid Media Analyst who thrives in a performance-driven environment. You’ll take ownership of campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting across key paid channels—working closely with strategists and creatives to drive measurable growth. You’ll be in the engine room—testing, learning, scaling, and constantly pushing performance forward. Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and landing pages Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to improve ROAS and CAC Support forecasting, budgeting, and scaling strategies for D2C brands 1–3 years’ experience in paid media or performance marketing ~ Strong analytical mindset—you’re comfortable with data and love problem-solving ~ Confident using Excel/Google Sheets (bonus if you love a pivot table) ~ Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve performance ~ Bonus Points Creative testing experience or working closely with design teams Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience Hybrid working: 3 days per week in our London office Exposure to exciting, high-growth D2C brands Ongoing training and development (we invest in your growth)
