About Us
We’re a specialist performance marketing team powering some of the most exciting names in music, festivals, touring, and live entertainment. From grassroots gigs to international stadium tours, we partner with promoters, artists, and venues to drive ticket sales and fan engagement through data-led digital campaigns.
We’re now looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead strategy, planning, and client comms across paid social, PPC, and programmatic channels. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on big-picture thinking, hands-on campaign direction, and building strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Lead campaign planning and media strategy across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snap), PPC (Google, YouTube), and Programmatic (DV360 or equivalent)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients – translating goals into actionable digital plans and presenting campaign recommendations and results
- Oversee day-to-day campaign setup and optimisation in collaboration with channel specialists and media buyers
- Build and maintain campaign frameworks, media plans, timelines, budgets, and performance forecasts
- Deliver clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, fan behaviours, and innovations in ad tech
- Mentor junior team members and help shape internal processes and best practices
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years’ experience in performance marketing across multiple digital channels (paid social is a must; PPC and programmatic a strong plus)
- Strong experience in a client-facing role – agency or in-house
- Deep understanding of media planning, attribution models, tracking (GA4, UTM, pixels), and conversion funnels
- Commercial acumen – confident managing budgets and optimising campaigns to drive ROAS and CPA goals
- Experience presenting campaign strategies and results to senior stakeholders
- A passion for live music, fan culture, and entertainment
- Bonus: familiarity with platforms like TikTok Ads, DV360, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Spotify Ad Studio
Why Join Us
- Work with high-profile clients in live music, entertainment, and youth culture
- Shape full-funnel digital strategy for shows seen by thousands
- Collaborative, creative team with deep ties to the music industry
- Hybrid and flexible working, with regular team events and gig access
- Clear progression pathway with space to lead and grow
