Are you a performance-driven marketer with deep expertise in Paid Media? Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing digital agency based in London, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead high-performing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
The Opportunity
This is a key role focused on delivering best-in-class Paid Media campaigns. You’ll lead strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms, driving measurable results for a diverse client base, from ambitious startups to global brands. You’ll work closely with a talented media and data team, while also owning client communication and performance reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Lead multi-channel Paid Media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms
- Manage day-to-day campaign performance, optimisation, and testing
- Build data-driven strategies to meet client KPIs and growth goals
- Deliver performance reports, insights, and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams across data, creative, and client services
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media (agency experience preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Programmatic DSPs (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk)
- Highly analytical, confident with GA4, Looker Studio, and campaign reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles
- Based in or able to commute to London (hybrid working available)
Salary & Perks
- £45,000–£50,000 per annum (DOE)
