The Role
You’ll own the setup, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around ad tech and loves making campaigns run like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end campaign setup across programmatic and paid channels
- Manage ad trafficking, tagging, and QA processes
- Work closely with Paid Media & Planning teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and optimise performance
- Own reporting, tracking, and data accuracy (GTM, pixels, tags)
- Liaise with vendors, platforms, and tech partners
What You Bring
- Strong experience in Ad Ops / Campaign Management
- Solid knowledge of platforms like DV360, CM360, or similar
- Experience with tracking, tagging, and attribution (GTM, Floodlights etc.)
- Detail obsessed, you spot issues before they become problems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
