Our expertise spans Media Planning & Buying, Paid Digital Strategy, and Print Production & Distribution. The Role
This is a hands-on paid media role suited to someone confident managing campaigns end-to-end across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the wider media team to translate campaign strategies into well-structured, well-managed paid media campaigns ensuring they are built correctly, tracked accurately, and delivered on time. You will also play a key role in improving how digital campaigns are organised, tracked, and reported, helping bring consistency and clarity to a growing digital function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both execution and process improvement, with strong attention to detail and a natural instinct for organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Reddit.
- Translate campaign briefs and media plans into structured campaign builds and platform setups.
- Manage campaign launches, pacing, and optimisation to meet client objectives.
- Accurately manage budgets and track spend across multiple campaigns.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking and tagging.
- Monitor performance and carry out ongoing optimisation and testing.
- Maintain clean campaign structures, naming conventions, and QA processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Support performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Maintain clear tracking, pacing, and reporting processes across campaigns.
Platform Experience
- Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube).
- Experience with TikTok Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, and Reddit Ads.
- Programmatic display experience is advantageous.
- Experience with digital audio (e.g. streaming or podcast platforms) is a bonus.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in paid digital marketing (agency or media buying environment preferred).
- Strong hands-on campaign management experience across multiple platforms.
- Confident managing campaigns from setup through to optimisation and reporting.
- Solid understanding of tracking, campaign structure, and performance metrics.
- High attention to detail with budgets, builds, and reporting.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Process-driven with a focus on clean systems and visibility.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving campaign issues.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is beneficial.
- Interest in entertainment, arts, or culture is advantageous.
