We’re working with a growing UK digital agency looking to hire an experienced SEO Senior Manager to lead strategy across a varied portfolio of clients. This is a fully remote role focused on delivering high-impact SEO campaigns, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of junior team members. You’ll work closely with content, digital PR and paid media teams to deliver integrated search strategies across a mix of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver SEO strategy across multiple client accounts
- Own technical, on-page and content SEO recommendations
- Manage client relationships and lead performance calls
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Support pitches and new business opportunities
- Mentor and develop junior SEO team members
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates and SEO best practice
Requirements
- 5+ years’ SEO experience within an agency environment
- Strong technical and strategic SEO knowledge
- Experience managing multiple client campaigns
- Confident using tools such as GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
