We’re working with a fast-growing, independent digital agency in London that specialises in scaling eCommerce brands. They’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Paid Social & PPC Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of performance-driven clients. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel paid media campaigns across Paid Social and PPC platforms, ensuring clients achieve measurable growth and strong ROI.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Paid Social and PPC campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop performance-led media strategies that support clients’ revenue and growth objectives.
- Optimise campaigns through structured testing, bidding strategies, creative analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Deliver clear, insightful reporting and communicate results and recommendations confidently to client stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for performance, strategy, and planning.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (creative, analytics, and CRO) to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to keep clients ahead of the curve.
- Contribute to new business support when required, offering insights, forecasts, and channel strategy recommendations.
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social and PPC campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
- Proven background driving growth for eCommerce brands.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Comfortable managing budgets ranging from £20k–£250k+ per month.
- Experience with performance creative, feed optimisation, audience segmentation, and funnel-based campaign structures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and simplify complex data for clients.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
