We are looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager with a strong background in managing retail and eCommerce clients to join our growing digital team. This is a fully remote role (UK-based), ideal for someone who thrives on performance marketing, understands the retail purchase journey, and can drive measurable ROI across paid social platforms.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimising, and reporting on paid social campaigns that directly impact revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition for retail brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid search strategies for retail and eCommerce clients
  • Own full-funnel strategy (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention)
  • Optimise campaigns towards ROAS, CPA, AOV, and revenue targets
  • Conduct audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike modelling
  • Implement creative testing frameworks (static, video, UGC, dynamic product ads)
  • Analyse performance data and deliver clear, actionable reports
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximise return on ad spend
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and client services teams
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, retail trends, and performance marketing innovations
Essential Requirements (Must-Have)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing paid search campaigns for retail/eCommerce clients
  • Proven experience driving revenue and ROAS growth for retail brands
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Retail catalogue/product feed campaigns
    • Conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4)
  • Experience managing monthly budgets of £20k+
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
  • Experience with A/B testing creative and audience strategies
  • Excellent communication skills (client-facing experience preferred)
  • UK-based with full right to work in the UK
  • Agency background
  • Experience scaling retail brands
