An independent London-based media agency is looking for a Programmatic Manager to support and manage programmatic campaigns across a range of clients. This role focuses on delivering strong campaign performance through DSPs, with responsibility for activation, optimisation, and ongoing performance improvement.
As Programmatic Manager, you will manage day-to-day programmatic activity across display and video campaigns. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident running campaigns, working with data, and contributing to campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, manage, and optimise programmatic campaigns across leading DSPs
- Monitor performance and make adjustments to improve results against client objectives
- Manage budgets, pacing, and delivery across campaigns
- Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build and refine audience targeting using available data sources
- Work with internal teams to support integrated campaign delivery
- Test new targeting approaches, formats, and inventory sources
- Ensure campaigns are tracked and reported accurately
- Experience in programmatic advertising, ideally within an agency environment
- Hands-on experience with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar
- Good understanding of display and video advertising
- Comfortable managing budgets and optimising campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
- Experience with audience data or segmentation tools
- Familiarity with brand safety or verification platforms
- Exposure to campaign reporting and performance analysis
Working Setup: Full-time role, Hybrid: 3 days per week in London office
