Ticket Sales / Entertainment - You’ll be responsible for planning and executing performance-led paid social strategies that maximise demand, manage fast-moving sales cycles, and deliver against strict sales and revenue targets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-velocity environments where timing, creative, and audience insight are critical to success.
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube
- Monitor performance daily and make in-flight optimisations to budgets, audiences, bids, and creative
- Implement structured testing across creative, formats, audiences, and messaging
- Analyse data to identify drop-offs, scaling opportunities, and efficiency gains
- Work closely with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate assets suited to short sales windows
- Ensure creative messaging aligns with event timing, urgency, and audience motivations
- Collaborate with account, ticketing, and analytics teams to align media activity with sales goals
- Communicate performance updates and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
