We're looking for a Paid Social Manager to own and optimise paid social campaigns that drive ticket sales for live events, entertainment, and experiences. You'll be responsible for planning and executing performance-led paid social strategies that maximise demand, manage fast-moving sales cycles, and deliver against strict sales and revenue targets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-velocity environments where timing, creative, and audience insight are critical to success.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Build full-funnel paid social strategies covering on-sale launches, mid-cycle optimisation, and last-minute demand capture.
- Align campaigns to ticketing KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, sell-through rate, revenue, and time-to-sell.
- Manage rapid campaign pivots based on inventory levels, demand signals, and sales velocity.
- Monitor performance daily and make in-flight optimisations to budgets, audiences, bids, and creative.
- Implement structured testing across creative, formats, audiences, and messaging.
- Analyse data to identify drop-offs, scaling opportunities, and efficiency gains.
- Deliver clear reporting and insights on what drives ticket conversion.
- Work closely with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate assets suited to short sales windows.
- Ensure creative messaging aligns with event timing, urgency, and audience motivations.
- Collaborate with account, ticketing, and analytics teams to align media activity with sales goals.
- Communicate performance updates and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, ad formats, and best practices.
- Contribute to paid social playbooks, testing frameworks, and optimisation processes.
- Share learnings across campaigns to improve future launches.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on paid social experience.
- Proven experience driving ticket sales or time-sensitive conversions (events, entertainment, sports, ticketing, launches).
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager; experience with TikTok highly desirable.
- Experience managing fast-paced campaigns with frequent changes and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and time management skills in a remote environment.
