We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to join a growing London agency, working across an exciting portfolio of beauty, skincare and lifestyle brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows paid social inside out and understands how to turn great creative, smart targeting and performance data into growth.
You’ll take ownership of campaigns across Meta and TikTok, managing everything from strategy and activation through to optimisation, reporting and client relationships.
The Role
- Planning, launching and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
- Managing campaigns for a portfolio of beauty, skincare and lifestyle clients
- Owning budgets and performance against ROAS, CPA, revenue and acquisition targets
- Developing paid social strategies across acquisition, retargeting and retention
- Working closely with creative teams to develop social-first, performance-led creative
- Identifying winning creative concepts, hooks, formats and messaging
- Testing audiences, creative, placements, bidding strategies and campaign structures
- Using performance data to identify opportunities and scale successful campaigns
- Producing insightful client reports and communicating recommendations clearly
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted paid social specialist
- Supporting campaign planning around product launches, promotions and key retail moments
- Keeping up to date with developments across Meta, TikTok and the wider paid social landscape
- Contributing to pitches, account growth and new-business opportunities
About You
- Strong hands-on Paid Social experience
- Experience working within a digital, media or performance agency
- Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, with TikTok Ads experience highly desirable
- Experience working with beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion or consumer brands
- A strong understanding of performance marketing and eCommerce
- Confidence managing meaningful paid media budgets
- Strong knowledge of ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion and wider performance metrics
- A genuine understanding of the relationship between creative and paid media performance
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Confidence presenting results and recommendations to clients
- A commercial, proactive and test-and-learn mindset
