As we expand further into the DACH market, we’re looking for a German-speaking Paid Media Manager to take ownership of campaigns and drive performance across the region. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll lead paid media campaigns targeting German-speaking audiences. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across key platforms, while bringing local market insight to improve performance and relevance.
You won’t just manage campaigns—you’ll shape strategy, unlock growth opportunities, and act as a key voice for the DACH market within the agency.
- Plan, launch, and optimise PPC and paid social campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
- Own performance for German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis tailored to the DACH region
- Analyse campaign data to drive insights, performance improvements, and scaling opportunities
- Localise ad copy and messaging to resonate with German-speaking audiences
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to improve conversion rates and ROAS
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting
Fluent in German (written and spoken) + strong English skills
- ~3+ years’ experience in PPC / Paid Media (agency experience preferred)
- ~ Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
- ~ Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- ~ Excellent communication skills and confidence working with internal teams or clients
