Overview

Tribal Group is seeking a Principal Professional Services Consultant to lead our Higher Education professional services team. Your role involves managing a team, delivering strategic consulting, and ensuring successful implementation of our SITS solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and mentor a team of Professional Services consultants within the SITS HE Sector.
2. Conduct performance reviews and develop team capabilities.
3. Align team priorities with company and sector strategies.
4. Coordinate with product and delivery teams on project planning and updates.
5. Engage with key stakeholders to improve service delivery.
6. Maintain and update service delivery collateral.
7. Identify process improvements and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven leadership of successful consulting teams.
• Experience implementing software solutions, especially SITS Admissions or Students & Statutory modules.
• Extensive experience in the education sector.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2).
