The Role: We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to guide institutions through successful EBS implementation and foster long-term strategic engagement. This role blends project delivery, consultancy, and advisory support to ensure customers gain maximum value from our solutions.
We are looking for people who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Project Management expertise, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and to budget.
- Experience delivering software training, consultancy, and advisory services to empower customers to optimise their system usage.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and drive strategic product adoption and growth.
- Ability to influence internal product development and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Support for business development activities, including pre‑sales demonstrations and tender responses.
- Experience managing customer incidents and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear, consistent communication.
- Confidence working independently and effectively within a remote environment.
