The Role
We\’re looking for a PPC Manager with strong hands-on experience to guide paid media activity across a variety of clients. You\’ll play a key role in planning and optimising campaigns, sharing ideas, and helping shape how we grow together.
You\’ll join a close, collaborative team where everyone\’s perspective is valued and development is supported as the agency continues to expand.
What You\’ll Do
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Plan and deliver paid search strategies that drive measurable outcomes
- Support with budget management, forecasting, and reporting
- Work closely with SEO, Paid Social, and Creative teams to deliver joined-up strategies
- Keep up to date with new tools, platforms, and advertising trends
- Contribute ideas for client growth and new opportunities
What We\’re Looking For
- 5–7 years\’ experience in PPC, ideally within an agency setting
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GA4
- Experience improving performance across different sectors
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Clear, collaborative communication style with clients and colleagues
- A curious mindset and enthusiasm for learning and sharing ideas
