Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and technically driven SEO Manager to take ownership of SEO performance across a portfolio of websites and clients. If you live and breathe crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, and structured data—and you’re confident managing SEO strategy end-to-end—this role could be a perfect fit. This is a fully remote position, offering autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking digital team.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute comprehensive technical SEO audits
- Develop and manage long-term SEO roadmaps and performance strategies
- Identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site architecture issues
- Work with developers to implement technical SEO fixes and improvements
- Monitor performance and create insightful, action-led reports
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, industry changes, and SEO innovations
- Support junior SEO team members and act as a technical point of contact internally and with clients
- Screaming Frog – advanced crawling and auditing
- SEMrush – performance tracking, keyword analysis, and audits
- Ahrefs – backlink insights, content gaps, and competitor research
- Google Search Console & GA4
