About the Role
Weβre looking for a results-driven Paid Search Analyst with a strong focus on Paid Search (PPC) to join our team. Youβll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Shopping campaigns .

Key Responsibilities
- PPC Management: Set up, optimise, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Bing Ads campaigns.
- Campaign Analysis & Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise to improve ROI, CPA, and ROAS.
- Keyword & Audience Research: Identify and target the right audiences for maximum engagement and conversions.
- A/B Testing: Run creative, copy, and landing page tests to improve performance.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate budgets across campaigns and platforms to maximize results.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular performance reports with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

β 2+ Experience in Paid Media Internships welcome
β Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
β Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
