About the Role
Client side
Paid Media Manager to lead and optimise performance across Paid Search and Paid Social channels. You’ll play a key role in driving growth through data-led, high-performing B2C lead generation campaigns.
This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy while working with a forward-thinking digital team that values results, creativity, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and performance to achieve lead generation and ROI targets.
- Analyse performance data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative and data teams to refine audience targeting and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience managing Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns, ideally within B2C lead generation.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality leads and optimising for ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking pixels.
- Confident managing six-figure monthly budgets.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
