We’re Hiring: Tech Recruiter – London. Hybrid: 3 days in Central London / 2 WFH.
Markets: Software Engineering, Product, Data, DevOps, Cloud, Technical Leadership.
London’s tech scene is booming — and we’re looking for a Tech Recruiter who wants to be at the centre of it. This role is all about partnering with high-growth tech companies, building deep market knowledge, and growing your own specialist desk in one of the most active recruitment markets in the UK. What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with founders, CTOs and hiring managers across London’s tech ecosystem.
- Build and nurture a strong network of top-tier tech talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from brief to offer.
- Develop your own market niche with autonomy and support.
- Create engaging outreach, insights and content to enhance visibility.
- Help shape hiring strategies for scaleups and tech-first businesses.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Understanding of engineering, product or data roles.
- Strong relationship-builder with a consultative style.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
