About Us

At Tribal Digital, we’re an ambitious ecommerce marketing agency helping brands grow through intelligent, data-driven digital campaigns. Our team of strategists, creatives, and performance marketers work collaboratively to deliver measurable results that move the needle for our clients.

We’re growing fast – and we’re looking for a talented PPC Manager to take the lead on paid search strategy across our diverse portfolio of ecommerce clients.

The Role

As our PPC Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You’ll manage budgets, analyse performance data, and continuously test and refine strategies to maximise ROI. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real ownership, managing a variety of ecommerce clients with different goals, audiences, and challenges. You’ll also play a key part in mentoring junior members of the performance team and shaping our agency’s paid media offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage PPC strategies across Google and Microsoft Ads.
  • Optimise campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth through data-led decisions.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience segmentation.
  • Manage Shopping campaigns and feed optimisation for ecommerce clients.
  • Report on performance and insights to clients, communicating results clearly and confidently.
  • Collaborate with the wider digital team on landing page optimisation and cross-channel strategy.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and platform updates to keep campaigns performing at their best.
  • Support new business pitches with PPC insights and performance forecasts.

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering performance for ecommerce brands.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of Google Analytics, GA4, and tracking solutions.
  • Confident managing budgets across multiple accounts and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary up to £45,000 (DOE).
  • Hybrid working (2–3 days per week in our Glasgow office).
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
  • Ongoing training, development, and career progression opportunities.
  • A collaborative, supportive team that values creativity and innovation.
