Paid Media Executive
We’re hiring a Paid Media Executive for a fast-growing digital agency in London to support and execute multi-channel campaigns across Paid Social and PPC.
The RoleYou’ll help plan, build, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn—handling day‑to‑day execution, QA, reporting, and constant optimisation. You’ll work closely with creatives, content, and analytics teams to deliver scroll‑stopping ads and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities- Build, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search/PMax), Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Support audience + keyword research, structure campaigns/ad groups/ad sets, and help craft compelling ad copy & visuals
- Monitor budgets, pacing, bids, and performance to hit CPA/ROAS targets
- Assist with tracking setup & QA (GA4/GTM, UTM best practices, pixel events)
- Produce weekly & monthly performance reports with clear actions and insights
- Run A/B tests across creatives, copy, formats, and landing pages
- Keep up with platform updates and surface new ideas or opportunities for quick wins
- 1–2 years’ experience in a paid media role (agency or in‑house); strong internships considered
- Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; TikTok/LinkedIn knowledge a bonus
- Comfortable with GA4, GTM, and spreadsheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
- Strong copy instincts and a test‑and‑learn mindset
- Highly organised with great attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative way of working
- Nice‑to‑have: Looker Studio, basic CRO knowledge, or early analytical/SQL fundamentals
- Hybrid working (London office 2–3 days/week)
