The Role
We are looking for a Head of SEO to guide our organic search offering and help shape the next stage of our growth. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to build strategies that drive meaningful results β spanning technical SEO, content, and performance. This is a collaborative leadership role suited to someone who enjoys developing others, building relationships, and finding creative, data-informed ways to help brands grow.
What You Will Do
- Develop and refine SEO strategies across a portfolio of clients
- Support and mentor a small team, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth
- Oversee technical audits, site optimisation, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Content, and Creative teams to deliver joined-up campaigns
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation across client accounts
