Tribal Digital is expanding — and we’re launching a brand-new Tech Recruitment Division. We’re looking for a driven Tech Recruiter who’s ready to take ownership, build something from the ground up, and help shape one of the most exciting growth areas in our business. This is a rare opportunity to make your mark in a scaling agency with huge demand from tech-led clients.
What You’ll Do
- Own the launch and growth of our new Tech Recruitment Division
- Build and manage relationships with digital agencies, SaaS platforms & product-led businesses
- Recruit across core markets: Engineering, Product, Data, DevOps & more
- Develop your own client portfolio with warm leads from day one
- Source, interview and manage top-tier tech talent
- Create market insights, outreach strategies and thought leadership
- Help shape the division’s positioning, strategy & long-term growth
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of engineering, data, product or DevOps markets
- Natural relationship builder with a consultative approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset — excited by autonomy & ownership
- Organised, proactive and motivated by growth
