The Role
- You’ll support the planning, build, and optimisation of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn—owning day-to-day execution, QA, and reporting.
- You’ll partner with creatives, content, and analytics to ship high-performing assets and iterate fast.
- Build, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search/Performance Max), Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Support keyword and audience research; structure ad groups/sets and craft compelling copy & assets.
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to hit CPA/ROAS targets.
- Set up and QA tracking (GA4/GTM, UTM governance, pixel events).
- Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports with actions and hypotheses.
- Run A/B tests (creatives, copy, landing pages) and feed insights back to content/design.
- Keep up with platform updates and share quick wins with the team.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years’ hands‑on experience in performance marketing (agency or in‑house); strong internships considered.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads; bonus points for TikTok/LinkedIn.
- Comfortable in GA4, GTM, and Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
- Sharp copy instinct and a test‑and‑learn mindset.
