This is a Temporary, Full Time vacancy. Do you want to be able to influence the next generation of professional players? This role would support the delivery and continual development of the athletic performance programme across the women's performance pathway.
What you will be doing:
- Support the design and delivery of the athletic performance programme across the women's pathway.
- Deliver sessions, profile, monitor and support the development of players.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in sport science, human performance, strength and conditioning, or a related field, with a valid driving licence and satisfactory PVG check.
- Proven experience delivering athletic performance programmes in elite or high-performance sport, with the capability to independently lead a squad's programme.
- Strong knowledge of international rugby performance demands, athlete profiling, testing, monitoring, long-term athletic development, and player tracking technology for training and load management.
- Demonstrated ability to improve player physical performance through objective assessment, targeted interventions, and systematic monitoring of progress.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with experience working effectively in interdisciplinary teams and high levels of emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
