This role leads the delivery, coordination and alignment of nutrition support across our women’s performance pathway. You will provide an evidence-informed, player-centred service that optimises senior player performance while accelerating the development of emerging pathway players.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the delivery, oversight and alignment of nutrition support across the women’s performance pathway.
  • Provide an evidence-informed, player-centred nutrition service tailored to individual and squad needs.
  • Support the performance of senior players through high-quality nutritional guidance and intervention.
  • Accelerate the development of pathway players by embedding effective nutrition practices throughout the pathway.
  • Ensure a consistent, aligned and high-performing nutrition provision across all levels of the women’s programme.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven expertise in delivering high-quality sports nutrition support within a high-performance environment.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based nutrition principles and their application to athlete performance and development.
  • Experience working in a player-centred way, tailoring support to individual and squad needs.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent planning, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to align services across a performance pathway.
