Are you an enthusiastic football coach looking for a place to develop and progress working with participants of all ages?

About the Role

Giffnock Soccer Centre was founded in 1995 and is now Scotland's largest grassroots football club with over 1400 players and a further 200 coaches. As a GSC Coach, you will deliver fun, safe and engaging coaching sessions for participants of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be part of the coaching team running soccer camps over holiday periods, initially the summer holidays 29th June - 7th August.
  • Plan and deliver fun, safe and engaging coaching sessions for young people of all ages related to our coaching curriculum.
  • Work together as part of a dedicated team of coaches to ensure the best possible opportunities for all participants.
  • Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all parents and participants who attend.

Qualifications

  • Prior coaching experience through further education or community coaching.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • PVG/Disclosure Scotland clearance.
  • SFA 1.1 and 1.2 coaching awards.
