Tennis Scotland are looking for a Head of Padel and a Padel Partner. Padel is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world and Tennis Scotland are delighted to be creating new and exciting opportunities to drive it forward in Scotland.

We’re looking for a Head of Padel and a Padel Partner to join our team and play key roles in shaping the future of the sport across the country. The successful candidates will capitalise on padel’s increased profile and visibility, working to grow participation and a sustainable workforce, while strengthening the competition structure and performance player pathway.

They will join an ambitious, confident national governing body aiming to engage everyone involved in tennis and padel to create investment and growth, ensuring a sustainable and healthy future for Scottish tennis and padel.

Our new Head of Padel will play a vital role in implementing and delivering the padel strategy in Scotland and will support the Chief Executive while working across all departments to deliver the organisation's key strategic objectives and our vision to open padel up across Scotland. This role will require significant knowledge and experience within the sports sector and across all key strategic areas.

The Padel Partner will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Padel to implement and deliver the padel strategy in Scotland. The role requires expert planning, communication and collaboration with the need to engage and influence partners.
