Role and responsibilities
The DSAuk is seeking to employ a Scotland Region Development Officer. A successful candidate will work across the following key areas of DSAuk provision:
- Scotland Partnership Development
- DSAuk Region and Member Support
- Event delivery
- Potential National Event support
The role requires you to work flexibly, spending time familiarising yourself with the operation of the DSAuk Scotland region and building a network of external partners and relationships that will lead to more inclusion and increase opportunities for people with dwarfism to take part in sport and activity.
Within this role, you will be expected to work on your own initiative across Scotland, working towards achieving the objectives and plans set out in the work plan developed with DSAuk.
Contract and logistics
This is a part-time post of 4 days a week and will require regular weekend work; details will be discussed during the interview. The role will require flexible working to meet the needs of the Scottish Region.
