Scottish Golf is seeking applications for the role of Regional Performance Coach to support the delivery of its Performance & Pathway Strategy and the strategic priority of growing the game and nurturing talent.

Working as part of the Performance Team, the Regional Performance Coach will play a key role in creating a clear, connected and high-quality regional pathway that supports talented players to develop the skills, behaviours and experiences required to progress towards national squads, international competition and long-term performance success.

This initial recruitment phase will appoint up to six Regional Performance Coaches, with roles based across three regions: East, West and Central Scotland. These posts will support the phased development of Scottish Golf’s regional performance structure and help establish consistent, high-quality delivery across key regions of the pathway.

Interview dates:

  • Stage 1: Online interviews will take place on 20, 21 & 22 July.
  • Stage 2: Successful applicants will be invited to an in-person interview on 31 July or 3 August.
