Paid role for UEFA B Level Coach (minimum) 3 training sessions & 1 matchday per week. BTFC is the largest female football club in Scotland with a full pathway for both participation and performance players and competes at the highest level of competitive youth football in Scotland. The role involves weekend travel throughout the country for matches. The role involves planning, delivery of training sessions and preparation and management of matches, working with the assistant coaches in delivering aspects of weekly sessions and individual development work.
A successful applicant will be encouraged to actively contribute to recruitment and player development, and contribute their ideas to our Academy Playing and Training principles. Experience in the female game is desirable; a passion for developing elite female footballers is essential. The applicant will report to our Performance Academy Manager. This is a paid role and a successful candidate will possess a UEFA B level qualification (or be working towards one) and have their own transport.
