Scottish Golf is seeking a driven and enthusiastic National Coach to play a key role in delivering our strategic goal of Growing the Game, Nurturing Talent. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of Scotland’s Performance Pathway for amateur golf and to support the next generation of male golfers at national and international level.

About the Role

The National Coach will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive men’s squad training and competition programme.
  • Preparing individuals and teams for national and international competition.
  • Working closely with players and their personal coaches to develop tailored individual development plans.
  • Reporting on player progress to the Scottish Golf Performance Team and collaborating with multidisciplinary support staff.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including players, parents, national coaches and external partners.
