What You’ll Teach
Our programme offers a varied teaching role, including:
Learn to Swim group lessons
Private 1:1 and 1:2 tuition
Lesson cover and progression opportunities

Alongside our established group lesson programme, you’ll also have the opportunity to build your own private lesson timetable. Our 1:1 programme allows teachers to open lesson times that suit their own availability, giving you greater flexibility while increasing your weekly hours and earnings.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for friendly, professional swimming teachers who enjoy working with children and are passionate about delivering outstanding lessons.
You’ll be confident delivering engaging sessions, adapting your teaching style to individual swimmers and helping every child progress through our Learn to Swim programme.
