The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Coordinate, develop, support, deliver and monitor a range of programming, activities, events, initiatives and services for our aquatics programming across all our venues including ASN hydrotherapy pools. This will include Learn to Swim, Rookie Lifeguard, school swimming, ASN and adult programmes, water safety campaign initiatives and other water based disciplines.
Organise, facilitate and deliver a range of approved aquatics courses including swimming teachers and lifeguarding to support local club delivery and internal programming.
Work with Kilmarnock Amateur Swimming club and Scottish Swimming to create and support a sustainable pathway from community to club swimming.
Contribute to the development and implementation of our digital ecosystems and membership packages to support the delivery, aid retention and provide analysis of our aquatics products.
Be accountable for a range of KPI’s that are associated with this area of the business.
Contribute in maintaining our accreditation with Scottish Swimming by fulfilling our partnership agreement objectives.
Co‑ordinate staff development, rotas, work patterns and staff cover to ensure resources are in place for service delivery.
In addition to all Health & Safety processes outlined within the Job Description, you will have key responsibilities for risk assessments, staff training and safe working practices.
Provide communications for social media messaging and also contribute ideas and content for website and newsletters.
Ensure all supplies and materials are procured timeously and with best value in mind to deliver on all programmes and projects.
Maintain successful and productive partnerships that will have a positive impact on the service and the community particularly with local providers.
