The International Soccer Academies Manager will support the delivery and continued development of Rangers Soccer Academies in international markets, working closely with the Head of Soccer Academies to deliver high-quality programmes and build strong relationships with clubs and partner organisations.
The role will oversee the delivery of international camps, tours and programmes, while maintaining and developing partnerships that support the long-term success of the department. Success in the role will be measured through the successful delivery of programmes, the strength of partner relationships and the achievement of agreed participation and income targets.
