An exciting opportunity has arisen within Falkirk FC for a Grounds and Stadium Manager to join our Operations team as we continue to enhance and develop our stadium and playing surfaces. This is a pivotal role within the club, responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and presentation of Falkirk Stadium and its surrounding facilities. The successful candidate will lead on the upcoming transition to an elite hybrid grass pitch for the 2027–28 season, ensuring delivery and long-term maintenance to the highest professional standards.

Working closely with internal staff, contractors and external specialists, you will play a key role in ensuring the stadium environment is safe, compliant, and prepared for all matches and events, while contributing to the long-term development of the club’s infrastructure.
